Once we receive the returned item(s), we will immediately send you a replacement or refund the credit card that was used in the initial transaction. In the event that you are receiving a credit, you will be emailed a confirmation of the transaction. If you are anticipating an exchange, you will be advised when the product is on route to you. Exchange items shipped within the UK & Europe will be shipped to the customer at no charge. Shipping charges will apply for all international exchanges and we will contact you for payment.
