Once we receive the returned item(s), we will immediately send you a replacement or refund the credit card that was used in the initial transaction. In the event that you are receiving a credit, you will be emailed a confirmation of the transaction. If you are anticipating an exchange, you will be emailed your new FedEx tracking number. Customers are responsible for shipping charges for items returned to Primal Europe. Exchange items shipped within the UK will be shipped to the customer at no charge. Shipping charges will apply for all international exchanges. We can still accept a return after 30 days per special request.
