We stand behind our products and we hope that you are satisfied with every aspect of your ordering experience.  If for some reason that is not the case - whether something is too small, not exactly what you pictured or damaged in any way - feel free to send it to the following address within 60 days:

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will immediately send you a replacement or refund the credit card that was used in the initial transaction.  In the event that you are receiving a credit, you will be emailed a confirmation of the transaction.  If you are anticipating an exchange, you will be emailed your new UPS tracking number.  Customers are responsible for shipping charges for items returned to Primal Wear.  Exchange items shipped within the USA will be shipped to the customer at no charge.  Shipping charges will apply for all international exchanges.  We can still accept a return after 30 days per special request.
