What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges up to 60 days after the original purchase.  Please view our return policy for further details.

How should I wash my jersey/shorts?

Jerseys and shorts can be machine washed on the cold cycle and drip dried.  Do not dry clean or iron, and do not use bleach.

Do you have blank or customized jerseys?

We do not have any blank or personally customizable jerseys, nor can we customize any of our current jerseys.  We do, however, have an excellent custom jersey department that can create custom jerseys for teams, events and retailers.  You can find more information on the custom apparel page.

Can you send me a printed catalog or some stickers?

 Just send us an email to europe-sales@primalwear.com and we'll be happy to send you a copy of our catalog or some stickers or both!

Will you sponsor me?
